Overview

The WorkOasis Vendor Management application is the most robust in the industry for registering, certifying, and managing vendor performance. A proprietary vendor self-registration process makes it easy to manage vendor files and documentation, and simplifies the service contracting process. Your vendors can register to provide service by category and geography including city, state, zip code, and/or radius, providing you a simple tool for assigning service in each of your facilities.

The WorkOasis Vendor Management application allows you to manage vendor insurance verifications including general liability, automobile, and workers' compensation documents. In addition, our Federal compliance tool requires I-9, OSHA, EPA, EEOC, and Patriot Act verification. Once in the system, you will have the ability to assign vendors by category and location, issue work orders, RFP’s, and projects, using web-enabled workflow; and track performance, including:

  • Mean time to respond (ETA)
  • Mean time to repair (MTTR)
  • Average cost per invoice
  • Customer satisfaction rating

The WorkOasis copyrighted "4 Star” rating system will provide you valuable performance and cost information based on your service history to guide vendor selection in the future. You will also have access to the WorkOasis public database of service providers; a valuable resource to fill in gaps where you don’t currently have registered providers.

The WorkOasis online vendor registration process makes it very easy to manage vendor files; not only does our process move this activity and responsibility from the customer to the vendor, it is also self-regulating and features alerts on all documents based on certificate of insurance (COI) expiration dates. Vendors can be notified of expiring documents early, and your operations can be alerted not to send new work orders to non-compliant vendors.

WorkOasis typically saves 5 hours and fifteen minutes per year, per contractor in avoided administrative costs related to strategic sourcing, maintaining and updating contractor files, and 1099 preparation.
