Overview

The WorkOasis Project Management application provides facility managers an easy-to-use tool for managing work orders requiring multiple contractors and trades, national rollouts, and facility related project work.

Integrated with the Vendor, Document, Service Procurement, and Work Order Management applications, the Project Management application enables you to plan, schedule, manage, and report on your project work.

• Create new projects by name, purchase order, project owner, start and end dates, and budget amounts. Define each task and its interdependencies, description, and time to complete.
• Schedule and manage the delivery of each task through either bidding or awarding a service contract.
• Track and report on percent completion and the task budget vs. actual expense.
